Usage precautions for thermal-sensitive labels:

  1. Store in a dry and cool environment, and keep the container sealed when not in use. Avoid storing in direct sunlight, high humidity, open flames, heat sources, or high temperature and humidity environments.
  2. After packaging thermal-sensitive products, stack them in layers and avoid excessive weight to prevent adhesive infiltration and sticking.
  3. Under conditions of 0-35℃ and relative humidity (RH) of 65±5%, the printed content on single-sided thermal-sensitive materials can be preserved for up to one year.
  4. The face material (print surface) should not come into contact with plastic items. Additionally, do not stick face materials together face-to-face, as it may cause fading or discoloration due to chemical reactions.
  5. Labels should have external packaging. It is recommended to seal them with plastic film for each use, and when rolled up, they should be vertically stacked to provide better storage conditions for the labels.
  6. Do not put thermal-sensitive labels into a dishwasher. If adhered to objects that require dishwasher cleaning or microwave use, it is recommended to use ribbon-type label products instead.
  7. Thermal-sensitive labels should not be directly attached to frozen items or surfaces with water.
  8. Once adhered, thermal-sensitive labels can withstand environments ranging from -15℃ to 50℃ without curling or falling off.
